This regular guy takes the regular reader along the ups and downs of his own life’s journey, with touching, sometimes humorous anecdotes, and shares some simple ideas on how to increase one’s happiness, stressing the importance of family and friends, continual self-assessment, and the ability to adapt one’s mindset along the way. He then challenges readers to go beyond mere reflection and to share their own stories with others. After all, this is a memoir about looking back and moving forward—together.
