OP: Tell us a little bit about The Invincible Actor. What is it about?
Marlon: It’s about coming from poverty and becoming the person I’m today.
OP: Why did you decide to write this story?
Marlon: I decided to write my book in dedication to my grandmother, my mother and my father.
OP: How did you get your book published?
Marlon: I published my book through Outskirts Press.
OP: What types of readers would be interested in this story?
Marlon: I think all types and ages of readers would be interested in reading my book.
OP: What is special about your book?
Marlon: It’s a positive and inspirational story of my life for everyone not to give up on their dreams.
OP: What differentiates it from other books in the same category?
Marlon: The difference about my book in this category is that my book is my real-life story of poverty and out of wedlock, and beating the odds.
OP: Have you published any other books and do you plan to publish more?
Marlon: No I have not published any other books, but yes I’m planning to publish more in the coming future.

Born on November 8, 1963, in Barrio Roosevelt, Limòn, Costa Rica, Central America. Limòn people are very spiritual in their beliefs. A story told by my grandmother was that I cried in my mother’s womb. The tale says that I was born with an old soul.
