  1. Wow Kas, writing as you continue to create – you go girl! Sounds like a lovely story for kids and adults alike. It was a hard choice to make. I like cover A where the turtle stands out – however, cover B tells the story of connection – so B it is!

  2. Love this story! I voted for cover B – I like the awe and wonderment of the baby chicks staring up at Henry………….Best wishes! Let me know when it comes out – I will want a signed copy for Colin!!

  3. A sweet story idea Kas. I like the ‘A’ cover for its simplicity and sweetness – especially the little duckling peeking out from behind mama’s leg. Adorable!

  4. Kas, you are always so amazing in your repertoire. Cover B is more interesting with all the little ducklings looking this way and that way. I’ll want a signed copy for my six year old grandson. Can’t wait! Lots of good luck. Linda

  5. Boy….it’s really close! I like cover B as it shows a bigger family….and more family means more discussion of viewpoints and more acceptance…..GOOD LUCK! Sounds like a great story!

  6. Kas, best of luck! I like the simplistic cover (A). As an elementary teacher I like being able to talk about the front cover and have students gather ideas to help predict what the story is about. Too much clutter on a cover challenges that. I will look forward to reading the whole story soon.

  7. Heh Kas. What a wonderful story! Either cover would work. I did vote for Cover A simply beause it is less “busy’ and will stand out more on a shelf in a store or on display on Amazon. Good luck with the book. You won’t need it, though!
