Luckily for us, C.S. was kind enough to answer a few questions as the tour was getting started so that we can give you a sneak peek into the mind of the creator of Love From the Other Side.
OP: Tell us a little bit about Love From the Other Side. What is it about?
CS: My experiences with intuitive dreams and an earth bound spirit. I gave him the fictional name, “Danny” I wanted to respect the privacy of his family.
OP: Why did you decide to write this story?
CS: I needed to release my emotional feelings, Writing my story was a great relief and healing for me.
OP: What types of readers would be interested in this story?
CS: Reader’s that are interested in spiritual and paranormal events. I know I’m not the only one to have this experience and readers will be able to receive insight to their own experience.
OP: What is special about your book? What differentiates it from other books in the same category?
CS: It is not a technical reference book, I do not use a lot of scientific terms. I walk the reader through my experience.
OP: Have you published any other books? Do you plan to publish more?
CS: “Love From the Other Side” is my first novel. I have more fantastic spiritual stories to share. I’m working on an outline now.

Carol Shimp came into this world on June 30th 1941. while growing up in Canton Ohio In her early years, she lived on 15 ST. NE. Just off Harrisburg RD. Across the ally from her home was James Laundry and Dry Cleaners. Qyality Dairy was down the road behind James Laundry. At the end of the ally across the bridge stood the factory Union Metal. Her family was a member of Saint Pauls Catholic Church where she went to school until grade 6. The family then moved to NE 33rd ST. In 1962 she married Albert Shimp.She had many different jobs over the years as did her husband. It was Aug. 1969 her husband and our two children relocated to Fort lauderdale, Florida. She retired from Publix Super Market in 2006. With time on her hands she put together her journal, notes and memories. With the grace of God she was able to publish her story. “Love From the Other Side.”
