This week Outskirts Press proudly features educational writer Sally Saffer, self-publishing author of the Learning to Be Wise book series.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
During her career, Sally Saffer created instructional materials for education and spoke with high school students about career development and technology. More recently, she created training materials for companies and conducted employee training classes. Now, she has turned her attention to a younger audience with her children’s books. She credits her late mother with teaching her values and common sense through the use of aphorisms. Inspired by the arrival of her own grandchildren, Sally is committed to passing on these important lessons to future generations through her entertaining stories. Growing grew up in New York State, Sally dreamed of being a writer and living in a small town. After many years of living in the city of Atlanta, Georgia, she has realized that dream and is living in a small historic town just outside of Atlanta.
