Author Jeffrey D. BarbieriOutskirts Press author, Jeffrey D. Barbieri, has grown up experiencing life between New Jersey and Puerto Rico. He won the 2009 NJ Male Author of the Year Award for his Ben & Ink Series.

He participates in the Liberty State Fiction Writers Association and he is also an active member of the American Legion and of two charities, Save-a-Gato in Puerto Rico and Paper Houses Across the Border.
