Regarded as the most important spring publishing event, the London International Book Fair promises to see continued increases in visitor and exhibitor attendance, thanks in part to its new venue on the East End near Docklands. Just six months after Frankfurt, the London Book Fair has positioned itself as one of the two shows around which publishers from Europe plan their international sales and rights business (the other is Frankfurt, which occurs each fall). The London Book Fair takes place in April in London.
