  1. I am thankful for, Jennifer, my wonderful Outskirts Press representative who helped me get both of my books, TWENTY-EIGHT SNOW ANGELS: A WIDOW’S STORY OF LOVE, LOSS AND RENEWAL and MIRIAM DAUGHTER OF FINNISH IMMIGRANTS, in the hands of readers. The KAXE radio host who reviewed TWENTY-EIGHT SNOW ANGELS loved the book and interviewed me for her radio show. Many thanks to Outskirts for helping me share my stories with others. Best wishes and hope 2012 is a year of inspiration for all of you!

  3. I am thankful to live in a country where we are free to worship the Lord Jesus Chriat.
A lot of places you are free to worship God, but don’t mention Jesus.
    God bless you all.

    1. Hi, Keith:

You’re right. So many countries have religious constraints on their residents. We are glad to be able to practice freedom in religion.

Thanks for your comment, and I hope you enjoyed your holiday!

  4. It’s grateful to be alive during this wonderful holiday. Many people gave their lives for us to enjoy what we have today. The most important thing is our freedom. Let’s all enjoy it together

    1. Hi,

You’re right – being alive is the most important and being free is the second most important thing we have to be thankful for.

I hope you enjoyed your holiday. Thanks for the comment!

  5. Happy Thanksgiving to one and all. We have so much to be thankful for. I especially want to thank Outskirts Press for their incredible service. My novel, WALKING FISH, has just won another award (New Mexico Book Awards 2011 for Fiction: lesbian/gay, and it was a finalist in three other categories). It has won seven awards so far, including the USA Best Book Awards; and the International Book Awards (in two categories).

    1. Congratulations, Joanne!

I have heard of all of the awards your book has been winning. All of these awards are certainly a testament to the overall quality of your work. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for your comment, and I hope you enjoyed your holiday!
