Mind Games is a book of poetry – once you read it you will realize that these are the things, or people, controlling our minds. Why? Because we allow them to. There’s one that destroys or hates us, and the other that reveals love for us. This book will not only teach us how to gain faith, but how to tap into the deepest depth or the darkness of our mind. It also helps us to clear our mind of all hurts and pains and allow the inner “Being” Holy Spirit to help you to be FREE. Some of these poems will make you laugh and some will make you cry. Here’s your sneak views – “Mind Games” is a poem of tricks being played with the mind; there’s one looking for happiness in “In My Doings”; one that thinks they’re dying in “Drifting Away”; and lastly, “Secrets Secrets” is a different spin from a child’s perspective of one’s mind.

The A cover catches my eye. The words encased in the head makes me think of chaos of the mind. The B cover is an appealing color but those Christmas Candy like figures remind me of a person with “rocks in their head.” Flowing hair on cover B also looks trivial whereas the words look more substantial. I guess it depends on your core demographic and what attracts them. GOOD LUCK cousin! Im so proud there is an author in the family!

HI, MY SISTER I DID NOT KNOW WHICH COVER TO CHOOSE. HOWEVER COVER A -WILL DRAW SOMEONE THAT IS GOING THROUGH SOMETHING AND WILL CAN RELATE TO THAT COVER. ALL THE THINGS THAT GOES ON IN THE MIND! I believe that cover A is there to get the buyer’s attention and to allow them to want to read much further into the book. I am also a author myself.
