In addition to the EBM sites in the UK mentioned, there is one at Blackwell’s bookshop, Charing Cross Road, London. I have visited it and spoken to the manager. The service is so popular he has a two-week wait list. The interest of Outskirts Press in this new technology – an American invention, by the way, is most welcome.
